Madonna is so committed to her macrobiotic diet that she always buys two tickets when she flies anywhere – one for her and one for her personal chef, of course.
The 51-year-old exercise junkie recently dropped thousands of dollars on a Virgin Atlantic flight from New York to London, booking up an entire aisle in first class for her chef and entourage. “The cabin crew were given a dossier on rules and requirements,” told a source on the flight. “They weren’t allowed to walk down her aisle or ask any questions, they had to go through her assistants. It was ridiculous. She took over the whole plane.”
