Spencer Pratt has seemingly buried the hatchet with his former co-star
Lauren Conrad after a series of birthday tweets.
On the day of Lauren's birthday Spencer tweeted, "@LaurenConrad Happy Birthday! Thanks for helping me find my miracle wife @heidimontag !" He then wrote, "My birthday wish for @LaurenConrad is for her to find true love like #Speidi."
Unsurprisingly the comments were met with suspicion from fans of the show, who believed Spencer was being sarcastic, causing him to tweet, "I wasn't being sarcastic! I really do wish the best for Lauren Conrad on her birthday! #forgiveandforget."
Whether the comments were genuine or not remains to be seen, but recent reports from Lauren's camp suggest she has "moved on from the drama of the show". A source revealed to US Weekly, "She's focusing on her career and barely has time to interact with the people she actually likes, so she's not really going to get back in touch with Spencer or anything like that."
