Ryan Reynolds, and if Blake's romantic birthday gesture is anything to go by, the two are very much an item.
The 24-year-old star wrapped her adorable pooch up with ribbon and balloons in front of his trailer on the set of his new movie, as well as surprising him with a wrapped gift.
While Leo has also moved on from their fling, we have to admit that Blake's found a new romance in record time.
