Between hitting Pilates class with Nicole Richie and running around with werewolves in Twilight, stunning Ashley Greene is one fit vamp.

Get creative: Ashley's Twilight trainer ensures there's never a dull moment in her work-out routine. "He'll take me kayaking and mountain biking and yoga and martial arts," says Ashley. "So it's a mixture of everything, it's really fun."

Work out for the right reasons: "A lot of people like to be super tiny, but I don't want a child's body. I want a woman's body that's extremely fit. It's so much sexier," says the actress.

Focus on fresh foods and regular meals: "I'm a big believer in feeding your body what it needs," explains the 23-year-old. "Deny yourself something and you're going to end up shoving your face full of it."

Be early to rise: The toned star does Pilates first thing in the morning to set her up for a healthy day. "It wakes you up, and it's kind of refreshing," she says.
