Dear John star Amanda Seyfried snagged spunky Ryan Phillipe with her natural beauty and refusal to go fitness-crazy.

Have fun: Amanda likes running and Pilates, and she sees celeb trainer Harley Pasternak for 45 minutes, three times a week. "He's fun and we do different things every time," she says.

Try a little of everything: The 25-year-old refuses to stress over not having a sixpack, and tries to pick healthy options to keep a big belly at bay. "Moderation is key," she says.

Take a hike: The cheapest and easiest-to-follow celeb fitness trick is going for a long nature walk. Amanda is often spotted walking her dog in Californias's canyons.

Enjoy a treat: "I mean, at the end of the day, if you can't have a Girl Scout cookie and a piece of cheese, what is life all about?" she asks, sensibly.
