It's none other than the Queen Bee herself, Leighton Meester.
Since embarking on a pop career, it seems Leighton is dusting off Blair Waldorf's conservative threads and instead taking a leaf out of Little J's punk-rock wardrobe. There's no way B would ever step out with her bra on show - unless she was starring in Chuck's fantasies.
