This hunk of a man is our kryptonite!

Brit actor Henry Cavill really looks the part as he films the new Superman movie Man Of Steel in Vancouver.

The 28-year-old beefcake reveals he embarked on a 21,000kJ-a-day diet and trained two and-a-half hours each day in order to play the superhero.

Our verdict? Abs-olutely delish.
